Renu Desai has been active in the movie industry after making her directorial debut in Marathi a few years ago. Later, she tried to launch her debut film in Telugu but somehow, her plans hit a roadblock. Then, she shifted her focus to acting.
After rejecting Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata,’ Renu made a re-entry with the movie “Tiger Nageswara Rao,” and the film’s makers generated considerable hype around her role. However, after the movie’s release, it was clear that her character did not significantly impact the story.
Despite the buzz surrounding her role, Renu Desai’s character, Hemalatha, had limited screen time, and her character had no substantial influence on the storyline. The film’s outcome may have surprised her, considering the audience and critical acclaim it received.
If “Tiger Nageswara Rao” had been a hit, it could have changed her career trajectory in the Telugu film industry, but now, her future in Tollywood appears uncertain.
