Nani’s “Yellamma” On The Cards

Natural Star Nani is currently waiting for the release of “Hi Nanna” after promoting it aggressively for 3 months without any breaks. The film is going to hit cinemas on December 7th and is likely to get a terrific opening. At this juncture, Nani has to come back to the shoot of Saripodha Sanivaram being directed by Vivek Athreya and has another film lined up with Cibi Chakravarthy of Don fame. But here comes an interesting snippet.

Ace producer Dil Raju is said to have been impressed with a story narrated by Venu, which is tentatively titled “Yeallamma”. He is said to have suggested Natural Star Nani to do this film. However, during the last press interaction, Nani clarified the same. “I’ve not heard any script or narration from Venu, but I’m ready to do a film with him. After watching Balagam, I’ve felt like missing out on a diamond (Venu) all these days. I’m ready to do the film, but nothing concrete so far”, he clarified.

However, sources from Dil Raju camp are confident that Nani will agree to do this script and the film will take off to pre-production level once the star hero returns from his USA trip. Nani is going to the United States to promote Hi Nanna, as well as spend time with his family, as his sister stays there.
