First Look : Honeymoon Express Flies High

Akkineni Nagarjuna unveiled the first look of the upcoming film ‘Honeymoon Express’ today, marking the introduction of a new-age romantic comedy with a socially relevant message. Presented by NRI Entertainments (USA) and produced by New Reel India Entertainments Private Limited, the film features Chaitanya Rao and Hebah Patel as the lead pair, with Tanikella Bharani and Suhasini in key roles. The creative force behind the film is writer and director Bala Rajasekharuni, while the musical score is composed by Kalyani Malik. KKR and Bala Raj are credited as the producers.

The exclusive unveiling of the first look took place on the sets of Big Boss Telugu 7 in Nagarjuna’s special room. Nagarjuna expressed his association with Bala, acknowledging their longstanding connection from the Annapurna College of Film & Media, where Bala served as the Dean. Nagarjuna highlighted Bala’s contribution, drawing on his Hollywood industry exposure to share practical knowledge with students and faculty. He commended ‘Honeymoon Express’ as a perfect blend of entertainment and a powerful social message, anticipating its success. Nagarjuna shared his belief in the film, stating, “I strongly believe that ‘Honeymoon Express’ will certainly be a super hit!”

Bala Rajasekharuni, who worked in the Hollywood industry for over two decades, expressed his gratitude to Mrs. Amala Akkineni for encouraging his entry into Tollywood. He thanked Nagarjuna for his unwavering support and unveiled the film’s first look. Bala described ‘Honeymoon Express’ as an attempt to reinforce family values through entertainment and healthy humor. The release date for the film is expected to be announced soon.
