Opinion: You Can’t Point Fingers At Mahesh Babu

Finally the much-awaited mass film “Guntur Kaaram” was released the other day and opened to mixed reviews. If we keep aside the story and dialogues of Trivikram, as well as the way the film got made, here is one thing that no one would deny about this masala film that came out as a Sankranthi treat.

Undeniably, the biggest strength and attraction point in Guntur Kaaram is none other than Superstar Mahesh. Right from the word go, till the last frame of the film, the star hero stunned with his strong screen presence, more massy and energetic acting as well as the timing of his dialogues. Literally, he carries the film on his shoulders, taking the massive burden of pushing the film forward. While Sreeleela has shined only in dances, there is no single area where Mahesh took the backseat. With that infectious energy, he has once again proved, what are his true capabilities and how he could light up the screens.

Especially in Guntur Kaaram, you can find flaws in many other regions and departments of the movie, but none would get a chance to point fingers at Mahesh Babu. With such perfection, dedication and hard work, surely the star hero would go places after the release of his next, which is being directed by the legendary SS Rajamouli.
