Poonam Pandey: Cancer Awareness Or Failed Stunt?

In the wake of adult-film actress and social media influencer Poonam Pandey coming up with a video that she has pranked her death only to create awareness about ‘cervical cancer’, many are wondering why would she take this extreme route to convey a message. And that is bringing to various talks that this is a failed stunt actually aimed at something else.

Ever since the news of Poonam Pandey’s death shook the internet, many started doubting the authenticity of the news as she was seen at a pub almost 5 days ago, in the pink of health, and posing for the paps. And with some activists on the internet believing that her death is true, started advocating the importance of cervical cancer awareness. At the same time, some pointed out that the majority of prostitutes and adult film actresses usually get affected by cervical cancer. All these discussions aside, Poonam has now come up with a video saying that she is only trying to create awareness.

However, some insiders who have earlier worked with the actress are spreading on social media that she did this ‘poor stunt’, trying to get attention for her app, where there are lots of new adult videos coming up. As flaunting glamour is not helping get attention on social media these days, with almost all the influencers doing the same, Poonam chose this way. However, many activists are praising Poonam, saying that she did something that would bring attention to Cervical Cancer though she knows that criticism would storm her way.
