Tamil filmmaker KS Ravi Kumar worked with Nandamuri Balakrishna for a couple of interesting films in the past. The director recently opened up on how Balakrishna will behave on the film’s sets. Speaking on a fun note, Ravi Kumar detailed an incident from the film’s sets.
During the pre-release event for a Tamil movie called Guardian, Ravikumar revealed that Balakrishna is extremely intolerant of any laughter or smiling on set, perceiving it as mockery directed towards him.
Once during the shoot, Ravikumar asked his assistant Saravanan to adjust a fan, which accidentally turned towards Balakrishna, causing a slight disturbance to his wig. This led to Saravanan stifling a laugh, which further infuriated Balakrishna, prompting him to confront the assistant director aggressively.
Despite Saravanan’s attempts to explain, Balakrishna remained incensed, ultimately demanding the assistant director leave the set. However, he later said that Balakrishna is a nice person but at times, his behaviour is in such a manner.
