Other day Vishwaksen’s Gaami was released and the buzz around the film is so impactful that it recovered almost 60% of theatrical rights investment on the first day itself. But the important thing that is to be noticed here is that most of the people who watched the film are quite satisfied with the content. And that happened due to one particular aspect.
Apparently, the visuals of Gaami are quite impressive, whether that is the director’s vision or the cinematographer’s creation. Most of the time, the different color palettes chosen for each story in the film, and the way snow-scenes turned out to be quite impressive, and the dark-moody feeling generated throughout the film, has stunned the Telugu audience. Despite the slow narrative and missed-out logic, the visual aspect has intrigued movie lovers, and that’s why they feel that Gaami is a Hollywood-range movie made by Telugu folks, on a shoestring budget.
The success of Gaami really brings out the importance of any film to carve out some terrific visuals that could make the audience spellbound. Despite not using costly camera setups, lighting equipment, and extensive visual effects, Gaami makers achieved something fantastic, and that should be a case study for others.
