Usually, leading production houses rely heavily on combinations. They try hard to bring top stars and successful directors together, which indeed is a safe bet. Nonetheless, very few production companies dare to produce pure concept-based movies, with mid-range heroes and young directors.
UV Creations is one such production house that has become an Adda for concept-based movies. The production banner which mounted blockbuster movies with stars is now making content-oriented movies and larger-than-life movies at the same time.
What’s more, they have tasted two big hits within a couple of weeks. While Vishvak Sen’s Gaami which was released on March 8th was high on human emotions with a first-of-its-kind subject, Sree Vishnu, Priyadarshi and Rahul Ramakrishna’s Om Bheem Bush is a wholesome entertainer that hit the screens on the 22nd of this month.
Both the movies made under V Celluloid, a sister company of UV Creations, won the accolades of critics and are also commercial hits. The message is clear that they will be giving chances to young and upcoming filmmakers, to make more concept-based movies in the future that are commercially viable.
The next set of movies from UV Creations and V Celluloid will be announced soon.
