Delayed Film – Uppena Beauty To Make Solid Mileage

Though the shoot of this film was wrapped almost a year ago, for reasons unknown, the film’s release got delayed. It is none other than Sharwanand’s “Maname” which was initially titled “Baby On Board”, and directed by Sriram Adithya of Bhale Manchi Roju fame. Here’s what is happening with the film now and how Uppena Beauty is likely to take advantage of the same.

After rising to terrific attention with her debut film “Uppena”, Mumbai beauty Kriti Shetty went on a signing spree. However, the failure of back-to-back films like Ram’s Warrior, Nithin’s Macherla Niyojakavargam, Sudheer Babu’s Aa Ammayi Gurinchi Meeku Cheppali and Naga Chaitanya’s Custody, Kriti lost her Telugu offers big time. Though she has Jayam Ravi’s Genie and Pradeep Ranganathan’s LIC in Tamil, she has no Telugu film in hand other than “Maname” release. For that reason, Kriti has decided to give a terrific time for the promotion of this movie.

Already Kriti started to record special videos for the film’s promotions, and now she wants to give lots of interviews and take part in as many events as possible to get huge mileage. Keeping the film’s fate at the box office aside, the Uppena girl wants to make sure that she will get massive attention, such that filmmakers will take up her name for consideration no matter what. Let’s see what luck awaits Kriti post this film.
