Prasanth Varma-Ranveer’s Rakshas

Prasanth Varma made heads turn with his film Hanuman, which ended as a blockbuster hit at the box office. He is now working on the script of Jai HanuMan. But news came out that before stepping into Jai HanuMan, he will be doing a big-budget biggie with Ranveer Singh. 
Well, the project has been locked, and we have come to know that Prasanth has named the film Rakshas. As per the news, Rakshas is set in the pre-independence era and has a connection with Indian mythology. 
Mythri Movie Makers is producing this film on a massive scale, and the film will be announced very soon. Ranveer Singh is super excited to start the film, as he loved the script and how Prasanth Varma connected with his cinematic universe. 
This year, he will also work with Shankar on yet another biggie. It looks like Ranveer Singh has made up his mind to work with all South directors these days. As of now, he is busy prepping for Don 3, which will be directed by Farhan Akhtar.
