After a brief hiatus due to the road accident he met, Telugu actor, mega hero Sai Dharam Tej who got rechristened as Sai Durga Tej, has returned to the silver screen with movies like “Virupaksha” and “Bro”. Surprisingly, Saitej had been tight-lipped about his next venture. And here comes an interesting snippet.
An earlier announcement regarding a collaboration with director Sampath Nandi, their much hyped “Ganja Shankar” unfortunately fell through. While the hero and the director didn’t utter a word about it, the project stands mute as per insiders. However, movie buffs can now rejoice as Sai Tej has reportedly greenligt a project helmed by a fresh director in the industry – director Rakesh. This upcoming film promises an intriguing plot set against the backdrop of the 1940s.
Produced by Niranjan Reddy, known for backing the superhero flick “Hanu-Man,” the movie is currently in the pre-production stage as per the talks. While the shooting is expected to begin filming in July this year, we hear that Sai Durga Tej will lock and announced two more songs as well.
