Every Household Should Have A Farmer: Jagan

Director Puri Jagannadh and his musings are pouring down thousands of views on YouTube and on Spotify, they are run away hits. Puri is picking selective subjects and with his deep observation, he is making valid points.

On population, Puri has warned everyone of severe consequences for the future generations. “Every day four lakh people are being born and in the next two decades, we will have ten billion population. From where food will be brought to such huge numbers?” questioned Puri and the option he put before everyone is vertical farming.

For vertical farming, thousands of acres of land is not needed and our terrace makes up for it. “This is the time that we have to turn farmer and every household should have one. Also these days we are sacred of buying vegetables outside because of they are hybrid ones and it is not healthy. Vertical farming is affordable and provides good health to everyone,” said Puri.

Laying the responsibility on the government, Puri added that this is the right time for government to step into agriculture. “In every village vertical farming should be encouraged and this will also provide better employment to farmers and others,” said Puri.

Lastly Puri appealed to the politicians to get dirty with mud.
