One of India’s highest-paid music composers at the given moment, beating the likes of AR Rahman and Preetam is none other than Anirudh.
With the youngster’s music and background score always turning out to be super hit, makers are not feeling burdened by his heavy remuneration demand, which is said to be nearly ₹12 crores at the given moment. But here’s what he should do with “Devara” now.
In the last couple of weeks, the first singles from many upcoming Pan-India films like Ram Charan’s Game Changer, Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 and Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT are out in the market. However, ‘Jaragandi Jaragandi’ scored by Thaman, ‘Pushpa Pushpa’ tuned by Devi Sri Prasad and ‘Whistle Podu’ composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja from the above-mentioned films, haven’t created any special mark.
While they went viral due to the hero’s popularity, they haven’t become musical chartbusters. That brings the spotlight to Devara’s “Fear” song scored by Anirudh, which is releasing next week.
If Anirudh hits it out of the park like how he has done with every first single of the movies he has scored for in recent times, surely it is going to be another mega feat for him. Also, that puts him on the top of the pedestal at a time when his competitors and colleagues are getting monotonous. Will Anirudh achieve this target?
