Gunasekhar’s Next Titled Euphoria

Gunasekhar is one of the noted directors in Telugu who is experiencing a dull phase. The director’s last film is Shakuntalam, starring Samantha in the lead role. Now, he announced a new film titled Euphoria. Billed to be a youthful social drama, the film deals with contemporary issues.

Gunasekhar’s daughter Neelima will bankroll the film under their Gunaa Handmade Films. The film’s pre-production works are currently in progress, and the shoot is scheduled to commence soon. The details of the cast and crew are currently kept under wraps.

Gunasekhar announced that he would do a film titled Pratapa Rudrudu right after the release of Rudhramadevi but it has been shelved. After that, he wanted to work on Hiranyakashyapa, with Rana Daggubati. After spending multiple years on the pre-production, he came out of the project.

Gunasekhar pinned big hopes on Shakuntalam but it failed to impress the audiences. Now, Gunasekhar is getting back to a youthful drama to meet commercial success.
