Popular production Mythri Movie Makers has stepped into Distribution recently and is gearing up for the release of four Telugu movies in the Nizam territory.
The lineup includes “Gam Gam Ganesha” and “Bhaje Vaayu Vegam” scheduled for release on May 31st, followed by “Manamey” and “Satyabhama” set to hit screens on June 7th. These releases mark a crucial moment for the distribution company for a reason.
The distribution arm of Mythri Movie Makers has been actively acquiring theatrical rights for a range of films, aiming to expand its presence in the Nizam region.
While their earlier ventures like the Malayalam dubbed movies “Aadukalam” and “Manjummel Boys,” along with the Tamil dubbed film “Love Guru,” did not resonate well with the audience, the upcoming Telugu releases present an opportunity to prove a point.
With the success of “Hanu Man” in January standing out as their major triumph, Mythri Movie Distributors is hopeful that the upcoming Telugu films will fare better and bring respite to the company.
Amidst the election results fiasco and the power dynamics that are likely to pop up in Andhra Pradesh state, Tollywood eagerly awaits the performance of these new releases and also lays eyes on Mythri Movie Distributors to see if they could pass the test and establish a stronger foothold in the competitive Nizam market where biggies like Dil Raju and Asian Group have a greater grip.
