Directed by Nag Ashwin, and featuring Superstar Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in key roles, “Kalki 2898 AD” saw its trailer released other day. The film is set in a post-apocalyptic world and revolves around the mythological story of Kalki, the 10th avatar of Lord Vishnu. And the trailer simply nailed it with Hollywood-range visuals for the same.
The Telugu version trailer of Kalki 2898 AD has garnered special attention for its unique feature. The trailer, which was released other day, showcases the original voices of non-Telugu actors like Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan in Telugu. This decision has been praised by fans and critics alike, highlighting the film’s special treat for Telugu movie lovers.
The decision to have non-Telugu actors dub their own Telugu lines adds a new layer of authenticity to the movie, as the original voice of Big B, Deepika and Kamal are super popular in Telugu states too. This move not only showcases the actors’ versatility but also demonstrates the film’s dedication to cultural fusion. Kalki 2898 AD is set to release worldwide on June 27 in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and English.
