Meet the actor who played Lord Krishna in Kalki

Kalki is one of the exciting films in the recent times. Starring Prabhas in the lead role, the film is directed by Nag Ashwin. Before the film’s release, there were a lot of speculation about the actor who will be seen as Lord Krishna in the film. Some even claimed that Sr NTR will be recreated for the film but here is the truth.

It is Tamil actor Krishna Kumar aka KK who played Lord Krishna in Kalki. The makers did not reveal the face of the actor in the film. But, his screen presence is amazing and he has got a crucial role.

Krishna Kumar is a theatre actor and trainer. He has worked with numerous actors who now work in Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam cinema. He also acted in Tamil film Soorarai Pottru as Captain Che.

Sharing his happiness on Instagram, KK wrote, “An absolute honour to be able to open an epic film, playing such a special character. Grateful.”
