Puri Jagannadh, known for his bold and entertaining films, has been a master of incorporating item songs into his movies. Say it Pokiri, Businessman or Temper, his item girls like Mumaith Khan, Swetha Bharadwaj and Nora Fatehi are much talked about. However, in his recent films like “Ismart Shankar” and “Liger,” the director has taken a different approach.
Instead of relying on item girls, the director is said to have showcased his heroines in a more glamorous and spicy light, making them the focal point of the film’s entertainment. The promo for his upcoming song, “Chod Chintha Maar Muntha” from Double Ismart hints at the spiciest side of heroine Kavya Thapar. Looks like this song is more than an item-number.
And then, the second heroine in the film, Bani J, has brought a new level of glamour to the screen as per reports. Bani J, known for her role in the Telugu film “Thikka” and the popular web series “Four More Shots,” has added a new dimension to Puri Jagan’s Double Ismart.
Featuring Ram Pothineni in the lead, Double Ismart is hitting cinemas on August 15th.
