Vishwak Sen To Work Again With Flop Director!

Despite the disappointing performance of his recent film “Gangs of Godavari,” directed by Krishna Chaitanya, Vishwak Sen has decided to collaborate with the same director again. The duo is set to work on a new project titled “Powerpet,” which was earlier planned for actor Nithin. Here’s a snippet.

“Gangs of Godavari,” a Telugu action crime drama, was released on May 31, 2024. The film, directed by Krishna Chaitanya, starred Vishwak Sen, Anjali, and Neha Shetty. However, the movie received mixed reviews, with many critics finding it flawed and lacking emotional resonance. Despite this, Vishwak Sen has chosen to continue his association with Krishna Chaitanya for their next venture, “Powerpet.” Reports are coming up that People Media Factory is likely to greenlight this project.

“Powerpet” is a project that was initially planned for Nithin and the title is derived from the name of the locality in Eluru town where director Krishna Chaitanya grew up. Vishwak Sen, who is looking to bounce back from the lukewarm reception of “Gangs of Godavari” has the likes of “Mechanic Rocky” and “Laila” lined up for release. “Powerpet” might hit cinemas after those two projects. Anyway, let’s wait for the official confirmation.
