The anticipation for Pushpa 2: The Rule is reaching new heights. The makers recently confirmed the film’s release date. In a few days, the promotions will begin, and the film has high expectations. Adding to the excitement, Anasuya Bharadwaj recently shared insights about the film’s intensity during her appearance on the Diwali special episode of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8, hosted by Nagarjuna.
Anasuya, who plays the fierce character Dakshayani, hinted at the heightened drama and depth in Pushpa 2, describing it as having an “original story” that builds significantly on the first film. She plays Sunil’s wife in the film and is a very important character with negative shades.
According to her, the sequel will have “high moments” every ten minutes, keeping the energy and suspense constant. While Pushpa: The Rise served as an introduction, Pushpa 2: The Rule dives into the story’s core, bringing even more intensity to the narrative.
Post Rangasthalam, Anasuya struggled a bit to find the right offers, but Sukumar landed her a role in the Pushpa franchise. Her presence and performance impressed all in the first part and even in the second part, her role is reportedly going to gain her more brownie points. Anasuya failed to impress in other films recently but with Pushpa part 2, she hopes to make a comeback.
Rashmika plays the heroine in the film while Fahadh Faasil will be seen as the villain in the movie.
