Pushpa 2: The Storm Has Begun

The most awaited film Pushpa 2 has started its strike. Allu Arjun’s Pushpa was a sensation not just in Telugu but in all other languages to become a big pan-India blockbuster. Now the heat is already on with the second part with the USA bookings already.

Pushpa 2 The Rule USA bookings are already underway while it is still a month away from the release date.

The bookings storm has begun, with $50K gross from a few opened Cinemark locations. Pushpa 2 The Rule opened bookings for 554 Shows until now (Telugu – 328, Hindi – 208, Tamil – 12, Malayalam – 2, Kannada – 4). PLF and IMAX shows, along with full bookings, are expected to open by Nov 4th.

Pushpa 2 is becoming gigantic weeks before the release and it has to be seen when the actual Pushma mania starts in a week when the bookings open all over in North America.

Since the first part ended up as a blockbuster, Pushpa 2 has an advantage over the other two big films Devara and Kalki 2898 AD. Above that Pushpa 2 did extremely well in the North region. Considering these reasons, the openings of Part 2 are expected to be so huge that it might make a 200 Cr opening day gross.

Pushpa 2 The Rule is all set to hit the screens on December 5th, 2024 with US premieres on December 4th. Earlier it was December 6th, but to grab the benefit of a five-day first weekend, Pushpa 2 opted for the Wednesday premieres.
