Sumanth Prabhas has made his mark with Mem Famous as both an actor and a director. Today, he announced his new movie that will be produced by Red Puppet Productions and directed by Subash Chandra who is known for his beautiful short films.
The movie has its opening with a traditional puja ceremony. Allu Aravind handed over the script to begin the proceedings. Sree Vishnu clapped the muhurtham shot, with Suresh Babu switching on the camera. Directors Srikanth Odela, Shouryuv, and Mahesh Babu P directed the first shot. Suniel Narang also attended the ceremony.
Sumanth Prabhas reportedly heard more than 85 stories, after Mem Famous. But nothing excited him much. At one stage he wanted to write a story and also direct his second movie. However, Subash Chandra approached him with a beautiful story, and he immediately gave green signal.
Tipped to be a youthful rural and musical romantic comedy, the movie is set against the backdrop of Bhimavaram. Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a pivotal role in the movie that marks the debut of actress Nidhi Pradeep.
The technical team includes cinematographer Sai Santosh and music director Naga Vamshi Krishna. More details are awaited.
