Daaku Maharaaj Teaser: Mass Ride!

Nandamuri Balakrishna teamed up with Bobby Kolli for a high-octane action drama. Today, the makers of the film have officially announced the title as “Daaku Maharaaj” and also released the teaser. As expected, the teaser is an adrenaline-pumping spectacle made by Bobby.

The teaser starts off with a voiceover stating that the story is not about the Gods who spread light, demons who rule darkness, Ravana who commands those demons but is the story of a king who fought without a kingdom, a battle-axe wielding Yama Dharma Raj and the emperor who sent shivers to the death. As soon as the voiceover finishes, Balakrishna introduces himself as Daaku Maharaaj in the most-powerful way.

The cinematography Vijay Kartik Kannan is spell-bounding and Thaman’s background score lifts the mood. The movie seems to be the most technically superior film in the career of Balakrishna. On the whole, the teaser raises the expectations on the film.

Daaku Maharaaj features Shraddha Srinath, Pragya Jaiswal and Bobby Deol in other key roles. It is slated for worldwide release on January 12, clashing with Ram Charan’s Game Changer and Venkatesh’s Sankranthi Ki Vasthunnam.
