Sensational Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has created a new film, I Want to Talk. Unfortunately, the film failed at the box office. The shocking element is that the movie opened at just 25 lakh rupees on its release day.
The revenue is less than that of Abhishek’s last film. On day one, Abhishek’s Ghoomer earned 85 lakh rupees at the box office. As per early estimates, I Want To Talk earned only ₹25 lakh nett in India.
Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film’s plot reads, “A father and his daughter navigate their routine lives in India until an unexpected medical diagnosis alters their path.”
Produced by Rising Sun Films and Kino Works, the slice-of-life drama hit the screens worldwide on November 22. The film also features Johny Lever, Ahilya Bamroo, Banita Sandhu, and Pearle Maaney, among others.
