Ali Receives Notices For Illegal Construction

Star comedian Ali is in the news after receiving notices from the Nawabpet Mandal Gram Panchayat in Vikarabad district for illegally constructing a farmhouse. Ali reportedly began the construction without the necessary permissions.

In this context, the Gram Panchayat Secretary, Shobharani, issued notices suggesting Ali halt the construction activities permanently. Ali is constructing the structure in the Ekmamidi revenue area. Already, Ali had been warned to submit the required documents and obtain the necessary approvals for the construction.

But, Ali did not adhere to the notices and has not responded. It resulted in the Panchayat Secretary moving forward with the initiation of action to halt the construction. This is the second notice that Ali has received now.

In the latest notice, the Gram Panchayat urged Ali to acquire necessary permission for the construction and also present the relevant documents. If Ali fails to comply, the further action will be initiated under the Panchayati Raj Act.
