Pushpa 2: The Rule is an upcoming Telugu film starring Allu Arjun in the lead role. The film is creating a huge sensation nationwide. Advance bookings are already in progress, and tickets are becoming expensive in many areas. In Mumbai, the film’s ticket is priced at 3000 rupees.
PVR’s most luxurious and premium property, Maison Jio World Drive, began accepting advance bookings. The ticket is priced at 3000 rupees, the costliest ever. This is a common trend on premium screens.
Not just in Mumbai, but ticket prices are higher in other big cities. Delhi’s PVR Director’s Cut fixed the Hindi 2D version tickets at ₹2400. Delhi’s PVR Select City Walk has the tickets priced at 1860 rupees. In many theatres of Mumbai, the prices range between 1500 rupees and 1700 rupees.
In the Telugu states, the tickets are priced at 1239 rupees for the premieres on the 4th of December. On the release day, the ticket is priced at a little more than 500 rupees. The Telangana government already granted permission for ticket price hike. The AP government will also follow the suite.
