Nandamuri Balakrishna’s son, Mokshagna Teja’s debut film in the direction of Prasanth Varma is supposed to launch officially today. But it was informed to the media last evening that the launch event is postponed.
Sources close to the team informed us that the film’s launch is not just postponed but the film itself is cancelled. It is also said that Mokshagna Teja is not ready yet to start his acting career and is in no mood to step into films anytime soon. As per our sources, Mokshagna Teja informed his family to postpone his debut in the films indefinitely
Prasanth Varma announced the superhero movie with Mokshagna Teja with the hashtag ‘SIMBA Is Coming’ a few weeks back. He even finished the pre-production work of the film and intended to get the film onto the sets soon. It is a huge setback to Prasanth Varma. Unfortunately, he has to go through the cancellation of two movies(i.e. a film with Ranveer Singh and a film with Mokshagna Teja) after delivering a huge box office blockbuster with ‘Hanuman’ in January this year.
Balakrishna announced a sequel to ‘Aditya 999 Max’ with Mokshagna as the hero yesterday and his team informed the media that Balakrishna will reveal more details about the film during the sixth episode of ‘Unstoppable With NBK4’ which is scheduled to air on Aha Video tomorrow. There was talk about a possible film in the combination of Mokshagna, Venky Atluri and Sithara Entertainment a few days ago. Apart from the film with Prasanth Varma, the aforementioned two films are also likely to be put on hold indefinitely.
