Case Filed Against Allu Arjun

Everyone knows the fact that a stampede took place at Sandhya theatre when Allu Arjun attended the Pushpa 2 premiere. A woman named Revathi died and her son is currently under critical condition.

After thorough investigation into the matter, a case has been registered now on Allu Arjun. As per the reports from the officials, a case is booked against Allu Arjun and Sandhya theatre.

The case is registered under 105, 118(1)r/w3(5) BNS Act.

On 4th December night, at Sandhya 70mm theater in Chikkadapally RTC X road at 9.40 pm Pushpa 2 premiere show was scheduled and huge crowd had gathered there to watch the movie as well as in the anticipation of getting a glimpse of the movies’ lead actors coming to the theatre. 

Around 9:30pm, actor Allu Arjun came to Sandhya theater with his personal security and all the people gathered there tried to enter the theater with him. It further aggravated the situation as there was already huge gathering at the theatre. 

Taking advantage of this situation along with the actor and his security team large number of people entered inside the lower balcony area. A case has been booked Under Section 105,118(1) r/w 3(5) BNS act in Chikkadpally Police Station based on the complaint of the family members of the deceased person and is being investigated.
