Pushpa 2 Controversy: Sritej’s Father Wants To Withdraw The Case

The stampede at Sandhya theatre emerged as a big turmoil after a woman lost her life and her son was being treated in the hospital. It escalated into a bigger controversy with Allu Arjun’s arrest and events thereafter. There are mixed reactions about Allu Arjun’s press meeting the other day while Telangana CM Revanth Reddy too castigated the actor’s visit to the theater ignoring the police department denied the permission.

In the latest update, the victim’s husband Bhaskar spoke with the media and revealed his thoughts on the ongoing case. Bhaskar reiterates that Allu Arjun is not the reason for the unfortunate incident. Claiming his son is a big fan of Allu Arjun, he says they arranged the tickets from his friends. He further says that he did not like Allu Arjun being arrested because of his family.

‘Allu Arjun has been supporting us from the second day itself. We did not want to blame anyone. When we learned that Allu Arjun was arrested because of us, we wanted to withdraw the case. We just feel our time was bad. In that big rush and crowd, they went ahead and I was left back. When I went back in after a while, I could not find them and then learned from the police that the incident happened.’

‘I would expect the same support from the government and Allu Arjun sir until the kid comes back fine. We have not revealed the news yet to our daughter. We should have gone that day and should have checked the crowd. It happened to us and I wish it won’t happen to anyone else again,’ says Bhaskar.
