Thaman Breaks Silence on Guntur Kaaram Trolls

Music Director Thaman delivered some of the best hits for Mahesh Babu. Despite that, several fans were skeptical when Thaman came on board to score the music for SSMB28 (Guntur Kaaram). For several months, the fans kept requesting the Guntur Kaaram makers with tweets to remove Thaman from the film. However, the team went ahead with Thaman, which was the best decision.

During a recent interview, Thaman broke the silence on his life phase when the fans wanted him not to work for the film.

“Trivikram garu has been my biggest support. When fans started a negative trend against me to remove me from Guntur Kaaram. Trivikram garu told me that he would become a tree for me to protect me. No matter what may come, he asked me to work under his protection” shared Thaman.

Thaman’s mediocre work for Sarkaru Vaari Paata and his comments at a public event angered Mahesh Babu’s fans back then, who seriously wanted him out of the project. At one time, names like Hesham Abdul Waheb were also considered for the film. Still, ultimately, Thaman stuck with the team, delivering a commercial audio album and giving a thumping background score.

Today, the song, Kurchini Madatha Petti, has become an anthem for Mahesh Babu’s fans, and it is easily one of the best party numbers in recent times.
