Global Star Ram Charan kickstarted the Sankranthi festive season with his highly-anticipated pan-India political action drama, Game Changer. This Shankar directorial film was released worldwide today and opened to a mixed response from the audience.
Game Changer created a storm on ticketing platforms as soon as the bookings opened online. The official reports say that more than 1.3 million tickets were sold on BookMyShow alone till now. The number is increasing every minute.
With the festive season ahead, bookings are expected to be good across all centres in the coming days.
Game Changer is about a war between a corrupt politician and an honest IAS officer. The face-off scenes between Ram Charan and SJ Suryah are getting huge response from viewers. Charan steals the show in a dual role. Audiences opined that his role as Appanna remains one of the good characters in his career.
Kiara Advani, Anjali, SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Samuthirakani and Jayaram played other pivotal roles in the movie. Dil Raju and Sirish bankrolled the project. SVC Adityaram Movies produced it in Tamil. The music was composed S. Thaman.
