Naga Chaitanya is pinning high hopes on his upcoming film Thandel, which marks his highest-budgeted project to date. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti and produced under the Geetha Arts banner, the film is inspired by real-life incidents. The team has been paying meticulous attention to every detail, especially during the pre-production phase.
In a heartwarming gesture, Naga Chaitanya, who plays the character of Thandel Raju, spent time with local fishermen in Vishakhapatnam. During their last encounter, he had promised to cook a fish curry for them, and he fulfilled that promise by preparing the dish with his own hands.
The fishermen praised his culinary skills, calling the fish curry delicious. In return, they extended their heartfelt best wishes for the success of Thandel.
Presented by Allu Aravind, produced by Bunny Vasu, the movie stars Sai Pallavi playing the female lead. Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad provided the music, and the first two songs received chartbuster response.
