When entered, Vishwak Sen was a promising hero in the Telugu film industry who made films across various genres, like Vellipomake, Falaknuma Das, Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi and HIT: The First Case. However, he is not the same anymore and his market started declining rapidly.
Vishwak’s last three films underperformed at the box office and also collapsed his market value. To revive his career and gain back the market, the actor needs to script selections. It is high time for him to take the audience’s verdict seriously and not take anything for granted.
By the release of Gangs of Godavari, Vishwak’s market was decent enough. But the failure of Gangs of Godavari affected his next film, Mechanic Rocky. As it was also a mediocre subject, Mechanic Rocky’s closing business was almost equal to Gangs of Godavari’s opening collections. This showed a sharp decline in his market.
Now, his new film Laila’s closing collections are more or less equal to the opening collections of Mechanic Rocky. That proves to us how low Vishwak’s career has downgraded in less than a year. It is high time for the actor to re-examine his choices before coming up with his next movie.
Vishwak’s next film is with Anudeep of Jathi Ratnalu fame. It may hit the screens later this year.
