People’s star Sundeep Kishan is aggressively promoting his new movie titled Mazaka. With Rao Ramesh, Ritu Varma and Anshu also being a part of the film’s cast, the makers assure a fun ride to the audiences. Prasanna Kumar Bezawada is the film’s writer and Trinadh Rao Nakkina is the director. The film is scheduled for a release on 26th February.
Since the film is arriving during the off season, there are a lot of Mazaka to face lots of challenges. Usually, mid-February to mid-April is considered to be the examination season and the reception for new releases will certainly be low. Given the scenario in which Mazaka is hitting the screens, the film’s content must be entertaining enough to have a long run in theatres.
The trailer promises a proper commercial entertainer, with all kinds of emotions and comic elements. The drama that the writer-director duo has cooked is regular but the way it has been presented will make the difference. The word of mouth about the film must be very strong to pull crowds to theatres.
Unless and until, the film has something unique to offer, it will be tough to see a huge turn out of audiences, during this exam season. Thandel was also released with these inhibitions but the movie has become a hit somehow because of the star power.
The release timing becomes extremely crucial for a film and it is the big test for Mazaka. As of now, the makers are confident and are hopeful that the film will entertain the audiences. Let us wait for few more days to face the reality.
