Director Raj.R directed critically acclaimed movies like Mallesham and 8 A.M. Metro, earlier. With 23, he is bringing another socially responsible tale. Renowned actor Rana Daggubati, who supports great films, is releasing 23, all over. The actor found the movie heart-touching and necessary to be seen by larger audiences.
The first look poster itself impresses us by introducing us to its world. We see a bus on fire and people running away from it. Also, we see few bodies tied up in gunny bags. Based on true events, the movie promises to deliver a tale that reflects injustice in our society. Studio 99 is producing the film.
