Actor Preps for RC16 After Successful Cancer Treatment

Legendary Kannada actor Shivaraj Kumar recently underwent a surgery to have his cancerous bladder removed. Later, the doctors reconstructed it with portions of his small intestine. The actor underwent this surgery at the Miami Cancer Institute in Florida. He returned to India last month and is recovering from this illness. In a recent conversation with media, he opened up on the process of recovery and the work he is going to take up!

During the conversation, Shivaraj Kumar also opened up on the projects he will next do. The doctors have agreed to Shivaraj Kumar working in movies again but cautioned that he should not undergo too much of a physical stress.

Shivaraj Kumar plans to return to the sets of his 131st film on March 2nd and after wrapping up the shoot for a couple of days, he plans to go on to work for Ram Charan’s next movie, in the direction of Buchi Babu Sana. After that, he plans to work in another Kannada film.

Opening up on his health, Shivaraj Kumar said that he is now enjoying the process of living with a neobladder. He underwent a major surgery and also underwent multiple sessions of chemotherapy. He lost weight and also appetite.
