The major attraction of Manchu Vishnu’s Kannappa is the addition of Prabhas to the cast. Earlier, it was rumored that Prabhas will be seen as Lord Siva. But, he liked the character Rudra and decided to play it. Akshay Kumar stepped in, to play Lord Siva in the movie.
Interestingly, the makers released a new poster from the film, which features Prabhas’ look. The actor is seen fully dressed as a devotee of Lord Siva. It is the first time that Prabhas is playing a character like this on the screen.
The fans are eagerly waiting to see Prabhas in the grand-scale film even before he arrives on the screen as Raja Saab. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa is said to be a visually stunning spectacle, also featuring Manchu Mohan Babu, Mukesh Rushi, Mohanlal, Madhoo and others.
The film is hitting the screens on 25th April, 2025.
