Kannappa Teaser 2: Increases Hype

As the release date is nearing, Manchu Vishnu intensified the promotions of his upcoming film, Kannappa. Recently, the makers released the first song of the film, Shiva Shiva, which became an instant chartbuster. Today, the second teaser of the film was unveiled, further increasing the hype around it. The second teaser looked more promising than the first teaser.

The second teaser gives more insight into the story of Kannappa. Just like the legend, the story of Kannappa revolves around an atheist hunter named Kannappa who turns into a dedicated devotee of Lord Shiva.

The teaser introduces Kannappa (Manchu Vishnu) as a leader getting ready to defend his hamlet from the invaders. Later, we get a glimpse of Lord Shiva (Akshay Kumar) and Parvati (Kajal Aggarwal), where the latter questions Shiva about how an outright atheist like Kannappa can turn his devotee.

The teaser also gives us a glimpse of actors like Mohan Babu, Mohanlal and Sarathkumar. In the end, we get a powerful glimpse of Prabhas. On the whole, the teaser looks promising and increases the hype. It looks like Manchu Vishnu took the criticism on the first teaser seriously and came up with engaging content this time.

Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa is gearing up for a worldwide release on April 28.
