Raj R showed his different taste in telling stories has picked another intriguing subject for this third movie “23”. Inspired by true events, the film is gearing up for release. The makers today released the film’s teaser, which discloses the plotline.

Set against the backdrop of three devastating mass killings—the 1991 Tsunduru massacre, the 1993 Chilakaluripet bus burning, and the 1997 Jubilee Hills car bomb blast, the movie explores the emotional, societal, and historical aftermath of these events. The film raises important questions about the nature of justice and how it can vary based on who is seeking it.
