Gamanam Trailer: It’s All About Destiny

Gamanam starring Shriya Saran, Shiva Kandukuri, Priyanka Jawalkar and Nithya Menen in the lead roles, had its trailer unveiled by Powerstar Pawan Kalyan.

Like the title suggests, the film is all about the destiny of five people. Shriya Saran plays the role of a deaf married woman. Her husband leaves her because of her disability but she has kids to take care of and how she handles this situation.

Then comes Shiva and Priyanka as Ali and Zara respectively who fall in love with each other. But Shiva’s ultimate destiny is to become a member of Indian cricket team and be famous like Kapil Dev and Dhoni. And Zara, she is in love with Ali and wants to get settled in life with him. Will the love birds have a happy ending?

Lastly are the two kids who live alongside the dump and collect the plastic wastes on the road. Nithya Menen appears in a brief role as a renowned singer but she doesn’t get much importance in the trailer.

‘Gamanam’ is directed by Sujana Rao and how all the five live reach their destiny forms the plot. The film is going to get a simultaneous release in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu languages.

Noted cinematographer Gnana Shekar has produced the movie and it’s is his first as producer. For the maiden film, he picked up a content driven subject with music of maestro Ilaiyaraaja.
