Rajinikanth: The Man’s Unmatched Dedication in His 70s

Oftentimes, the star heroes take time to release their films. There was a time when our heroes worked in shifts and used to do more than 6 films a year. As the generation changed, it came down to one or two films a year. However, in recent times, no big Star has done a film in a year. It hardly happens and most of them are doing one film in two years. But, at the age of 74, Superstar Rajinikanth is Unstoppable.

On March 18th, Rajinikanth wrapped up the shoot of Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The team announced officially on X. In no time, Rajinikanth shifted his focus to his next film, titled Jailer 2, in the direction of Nelson Dilip Kumar.

On March 20th, Lokesh took to X to share a picture from the sets of Jailer 2, where they celebrated the birthday of Karthik Subbaraj, who already worked with Rajinikanth in Petta.

The immense amount of effort and dedication that Rajinikanth is displaying at this age is surely a big inspiration for youngsters. Coolie is scheduled to release worldwide in August 2025.
