Radhika Apte, in Puri Jagan’s Direction!

Radhika Apte, who carved a niche for herself in Bollywood with unconventional roles and powerful performances, is making a return to Telugu cinema. The actress shot to fame in Telugu for her portrayals in Dhoni, and Legend. Later, Radhika stepped away from the South film industry for several years. Now, she is set to make a comeback, that too, in the direction of Puri Jagannath.

Radhika is set to make a strong comeback with an important role in a new Pan-India project helmed by director Puri Jagannadh. The film stars Vijay Sethupathi in the lead and it also features Tabu in a crucial role. We hear that Vijay will be paired up with Radhika, instead of Tabu.

Puri seems to be making strategic moves with the casting, aiming to draw attention with a blend of seasoned talent and unique pairings. He is going all out to bring the best on board for making a successful comeback. The film is expected to begin shooting in June, with casting and pre-production currently in full swing.
