Over the last few years, the trajectory of Nandamuri Balakrishna has been remarkably upscaling. First, it is the unconditional love that he got from the people of Hindupur who have been electing him as an MLA consecutively. This was followed by his steady success in films as well. 

Strategically speaking, Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently at the peak of his prowess both cinematically and politically. 

To make this trajectory all the more special, Nandamuri Balakrishna has now been conferred with the prestigious Padma Bhushan award. He was presented with this prestigious award by President Draupadi Murmu at the award ceremony in Delhi today.

Balakrishna carried a special aesthetic at the award event as he turned up in a traditional Telugu outfit of Pattu Panche. Back in the day, it was senior NTR who brought legacy and recognition to this traditional clothing choice, and this is now being carried by Nandamuri Balakrishna.  

Balakrishna has been conferred with this Padma Bhushan award, which is the third highest civilian award in India for his contribution in the field of cinema for the last five decades and also his good work as a politician.
