The inauguration of WAVES summit is currently happening in Mumbai today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is doing the honours while the event is organized by the ministry of Information and Broadcasting department. The film celebrities from across the country attended the event.

The event will take place for four days and the intention is to position India as a global hub for media, entertainment and digital innovations.
