Finally, Pawan to resume Shooting for Veera Mallu!

Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu is probably the most delayed film in the history of Telugu Cinema. Until now, the film has skipped more than half a dozen announced release dates. It was supposed to hit the screens on May 9, but it got postponed once again. If the ongoing grapevine is anything to go by, the makers are now planning to release the film on May 30.

According to the sources, the makers will wrap up Pawan’s portions in the new schedule, which started today. We hear that this schedule will be finished by May 7 or 8. Once Pawan’s portions are finished, the makers will wrap up the rest of the work soon and are looking at the possibilities of releasing the film on May 30. If that is the case, Vijay Deverakonda’s Kingdom has to be postponed. As Kingdom has already locked the release date, makers of Hari Hara Veera Mallu have to make a decision quickly so that whichever film is getting released on the 30th will have enough time for marketing and promotions.

It is not easy for Hari Hara Veera Mallu to complete dubbing, marketing, promotions, press meets, interviews, outdoor publicity, and deals with distributors in just 20-25 days. On top of that, many people feel that the buzz has decreased, and music by MM Keeravani also couldn’t create any hype. Thus, the makers have to drop an interesting trailer or teaser to increase the expectations to the next level.

If the makers feel it is difficult to release the film on the 30th, they might look at June because we don’t have any big releases next month apart from Kannappa and Kubera, which are only releasing in the second half of June. Meanwhile, insiders say that despite the low buzz among the audiences, the movie has come out really well and will definitely satisfy Pawan’s fans and the general audience. The fate of Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s second part depends on the business done by the upcoming first part and Pawan’s administrative works as Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh. So, the makers need to take careful steps in every aspect.
