After impressing with his directorial projects like Falaknuma Das and Das Ka Dhamki, Vishwaksen now steps into a more ambitious realm with his latest endeavor, #CULT. The film, backed by Karate Raju and Sandeep Kakarala under the Tarak Cinemas and Vanmaye Creations banners, sees Vishwaksen not only directing but also writing the story.
Described as a party thriller based on real incidents, #CULT aims to disrupt orthodox genre boundaries. Its poster—a striking visual featuring a protagonist in a goat mask amid celebratory chaos—hints at a narrative that is both eccentric and unpredictable.
With a team of seasoned technicians including Tharun Bhascker writing dialogues, Ravi Basrur providing music, Arvind Vishwanathan handling cinematography, #CULT is going to be technically solid.
The film was officially launched today at Ramanaidu Studios, and the regular shoot also began today. Planned for release in Telugu, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish, and English, the project reflects a strong commitment to cross-cultural storytelling and global reach.
