Gaddar Telangana Film Awards Announced: 2014–2023

After unveiling the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards for 2024 releases, the Telangana government has expanded its recognition to honor a decade of remarkable cinematic achievements. Veteran actor and jury chairman Murali Mohan, along with TFDC Chairman and producer Dil Raju, held a press conference to announce the winners for films released between June 2, 2014 and December 31, 2023.

Murali Mohan revealed that the jury reviewed all films certified by the Censor Board starting from June 2, 2014 – the day Telangana was officially formed. For each year within this ten-year period, three films were selected as the best feature films, showcasing the evolution and impact of Telugu cinema over the last decade.

In addition to the feature film awards, six special honors were presented to individuals who made outstanding contributions to the industry. The late revolutionary poet and people’s icon, Prajakavi Kaloji Narayana Rao, was posthumously honored with a Special Jury Award recognizing his lasting legacy.
