Not Radhika But Nivetha In Puri’s Direction?

Sensational director Puri Jagannadh is working on a film with Vijay Sethupathi. The film also features Tabu. However, the team never confirmed that Radhika Apte is a part of the film. But, the speculations are rife that she plays a very important role in the movie. Now, the actress herself confirmed that she is not doing the film.

Radhika Apte has now officially denied her involvement. Speaking to the press, she laughed off the rumors, saying she was even surprised to read the news online, and clarified that she has no connection to the project. However, there is strong buzz that Nivetha Thomas is in consideration to play a key role in the film.

While Tabu and Duniya Vijay are reportedly locked in for key roles, the search continues for another prominent actress. Given the nature of the story, Puri is being meticulous with casting. After the commercial failures of Liger and Double iSmart, Puri wants to bounce back.

The film’s regular shoot begins in June, and the complete details of the cast and crew will be out soon.
