Director Sujeeth, of Saaho and Run Raja Run fame, is likely to come onboard for Bellamkonda Sreenivas’ Bollywood launch. While Bellamkonda’s Hindi debut is confirmed and the actor is going to be part of Prabhas and Rajamouli’s 2005 blockbuster film Chatrapathi. The buzz is Sujeeth has given his consent to direct the film in Hindi.
Although Saaho was panned by critics and failed to live up to the expectations, the film managed to do well in Hindi belt compared to South. This has kept Sujeeth’s Bollywood chances alive. He is now going to test his luck for the second time. If all goes well, the makers are going to launch the film soon and make a formal announcement regarding the same.
Meanwhile, all eyes are on who is going to pair up with Bellamkonda in the Chatrapathi remake. Buzz is that a popular Hindi heroine is approached to romance Bellamkonda. Even if Hindi heroines are not available, the makers have back-up options like Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde. Let’s wait and watch.
