Unni Mukundan Drops Bomb: Marco 2 Shelved!

In a serious turn of events, actor Unni Mukundan has pulled out from the project Marco 2 citing “too much negativity”.

When a fan asked about the release of Marco 2, Unni replied that he is no longer associated with the series, which had received a lot of negativity. He said he will be getting something bigger to his fans in the coming days better than film than Marco.

The first franchise of Marco that was released in 2024 is a neo noir genre similar to the universe of Mikhael. The film starring Unni in the lead role, it had done good business at the box office for it’s storyline and screenplay.

Unni played the role Mark D Peter Jr. who turns violent unleashing a spree of attacks following his foster brother’s murder. It is an A rated film which went on to register one of the highest grossing pictures in Malayalam industry.

Unni further tendered apology to fans for letting them down by shelving the project.
